Engelmann Mirrors (Manta 400)

Here is a list of Engelmann Mirrors available.
The new ones are extremely rare as the youngest ones are from the late eighties!

There are several variations to these mirrors:-
1) Smooth lightly textured finish to the plastic mirror body
2) Rougher almost crocodile skin type or cracked paint type of finish to the plastic mirror body
3) Wide mounting leg-wide mounting door piece
4) Painted, unpainted black plastic
5) Narrow mounting leg-narrow mounting door piece
6) Clear or blue tint glass
7) Raised Engelmann logo and engraved Engelmann logo (older)
8) I did have a pair once which were actually chromed, now they look fantastic on an A series Manta in Ireland!

Manta 400s had the smooth finish, wide leg-wide mounting piece and generally clear glass (blue looks better!)
The mirrors below are this type unless stated otherwise. 
All mirrors are universal for fitting each side. The glass rubber pulls out (unless they have been glued in)
and you remove the glass from the rubber and turn the rubber upside down, refit the glass into the
rubber and place back in the mirror body-hey presto its now angled for the other side of the car. The mirror
heads also swivel 360 degrees.

There are new ones, project ones and used ones. All new ones have never been fitted to a car.

Used pair, smooth finish, very nice condition BUT need to either countersink screw hole on mounting leg for one of them or use a washer as lip missing from screw hole.

Nice used pair which needs minor work.
The left one has specks in the glass.
The right one has what sounds like sand inside (?)
The glass seems to be glued in and I didn't want to risk breaking it getting it out.
